As time goes by, on the occasion of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new year, President TANG Jian delivered a New Year's greeting for Guizhou Open University (Guizhou Vocational Technology Institute) in 2024. He sent sincere greetings and New Year's greetings to all faculty and staff, students, retired comrades, alumni, and friends from all walks of life who have always cared about and supported the development of the school.
