On January 13, the Provincial Department of Education announced the winners of the third provincial College Art Education Teachers in Music, Fine Arts, and Design Quality Course Competition. Li Lingyu, a young teacher from the Academic Affairs Office of our university, won the first prize in the Public Aesthetic Education Group (Fine Arts and Design), while Du Jing, a young teacher from the College of Art and Design, won the third prize in the Vocational Secondary School Group (Fine Arts and Design).

It is reported that on November 28, 2024, the Third Guizhou Provincial College Art Education Music, Fine Arts, and Design Teachers' Quality Course Competition was held at Guizhou Normal University. The competition aimed to further promote the innovative development of art education and attracted 192 participants from over 50 colleges and universities across the province. After a university-wide selection process, our university sent three teachers to participate. The competing teachers comprehensively demonstrated their teaching abilities, creative levels, and artistic talents in both the teaching design and teaching presentation segments. They also explored new models and methods of art education in the context of the new era, thereby contributing to the continuous advancement of high-quality aesthetic education in our province.
