To consolidate and expand the outcomes of teacher training and promote experience exchange, our university held two sessions of teacher training sharing meetings on the morning of April 11 and April 15 in the ninth-floor conference room.

The sharing sessions invited university leaders, middle-level cadres, and young faculty members who participated in the 2024 overseas exchange program to serve as speakers, including:
· Zhou Yong, university leader
· Middle-level cadres: Yao Nan, Qing Yun, Deng Yongmei, Ma Tingting
· Young faculty members: Wu Yang Junyue, Kong Lingjie, Guo Zhitao
During the sessions, the speakers shared their experiences, insights, and achievements from their study visits, as well as their thoughts and practices on applying these outcomes to enhance the quality of open education, vocational education, and continuing education.
These sharing sessions are an important initiative to implement the university’s requirement that "all training must yield results, with post-training improvements and tangible effects." Moving forward, the university will continue to organize such events to evaluate training outcomes and drive high-quality development.
University leaders, along with some deputy department-level cadres, professors, PhD holders, department heads, key faculty members, and young teachers attended the sessions.
