On July 26th, the “2025 Guizhou Craft Workshop -- China-ASEAN Vocational Education Cooperation Negotiation and Experience Sharing Seminar” was successfully held at the Permanent Venue of the China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week, co-organized by the Secretariat of the China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week Organizing Committee, Guizhou Open University (Guizhou Vocational Technology Institute), the Guizhou Education International Exchange Association, Guizhou Equipment Manufacturing Polytechnic, and other institutions. Director of the Department of Education of Guizhou Province, Chen Yunkun, and the Party Secretary of our university, Linghu Caitao, along with representatives from domestic and foreign universities and enterprises, jointly launched the brand release ceremony of “Guizhou Craft Workshop”. “Guizhou Craft Workshop” responds to the “Belt and Road Initiative” and enhances the international influence of vocational education in Guizhou. 

At the seminar, the Party Secretary of our university, Linghu Caitao, shared the university’s practices and achievements in the construction of overseas learning center, demonstrating the university’s proactive exploration in internationalization. 

This seminar has built an important platform for deepening vocational education cooperation between China and ASEAN and has also injected new impetus into the international development of our university. In the future, our university will further improve the overseas education system, deepen the integration of industry and education, expand global cooperation, and create an international-level brand, contributing to making “Guizhou Craft Workshop” a shining card.
