Recently, the Office of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education released the "Notice on the Acceptance Results of the First and Second Batches of Provincial 'Double High-Level-Level Plan' Project Units." Our school successfully passed the final acceptance of the provincial "Double High-Level-Level Plan" construction with an "excellent" rating, marking significant achievements in the development of a high-level vocational college.

Since becoming one of the first "Double High-Level-Level Plan" construction units in Guizhou Province, the school has consistently adhered to the construction philosophy of high standards, high levels, and high quality. Focusing on the goal of building a "provincial high-level vocational college with distinctive features in Guizhou and influence nationwide," the school has centered its efforts on key reform tasks of "one strengthening, four creations, and five enhancements," persistently driving development, nurturing talent, and improving quality to advance the "Double High-Level-Level Plan" construction. From January 2021 to December 2024, the school's CPC Committee and administrative leadership fully leveraged their core leadership role, uniting all faculty and students. Guided by the "Double High-Level" construction, the school focused on core tasks, deepened educational and teaching reforms, improved internal governance structures, and steadily implemented various construction tasks to achieve tangible results. After four years of construction, 492 task indicators were completed at a rate of 100%, performance goals were achieved at a rate of 100%, and fund utilization reached 100%, resulting in 1,750 landmark achievements. The school's foundation for high-quality education has grown increasingly solid, and its steps toward innovative development under the guidance of the "Double High-Level" construction have become more resolute.

Taking the "excellent" result of the provincial "Double High-Level-Level Plan" final acceptance as an opportunity, the school will focus on the requirements of national vocational education reform and the needs of regional economic development. It will comprehensively advance the "New Double High-Level" construction, contributing new strength to the high-quality development of vocational education in Guizhou Province.
