In alignment with the Ministry of Education’s Action Plan for Promoting Joint Educational Development under the Belt and Road Initiative, and to further innovate international educational exchanges while advancing the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" education model, our university proudly launched the 2025 Spring Semester "Chinese + Vocational Skills" Online Training Program for students from Belt and Road countries on the morning of March 17.

University CPC Secretary Linghu Caitao and Vice President Wang Wenxue attended the opening ceremony. Representatives from School of International Studies, School of Business and Trade, School of Aeronautics, along with faculty members, were present, while foreign dignitaries and international participants joined online. Vice President Wang Wenxue presided over the ceremony.

This marks the seventh edition of our "Chinese + Vocational Skills" online training program for international students. It aims to integrate Chinese language proficiency, cultural etiquette, and vocational skills such as e-commerce livestreaming, cultivating globally competent talents with strong Chinese skills, professional expertise, and cultural adaptability to support the socioeconomic development of Belt and Road countries.

In her speech, University CPC Secretary Linghu Caitao emphasized that this program is a key initiative to deepen international collaboration and contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative. She encouraged participants to cherish this learning opportunity, engage in mutual exchange, and foster cultural dialogue between China and the world.
