Recently, in the “Decision on Commending National March 8th Red Flag Bearer Model, National March 8th Red Flag Bearers, National March 8th Red Flag Collectives and National Women’s Civilization Posts for the Year 2025” issued by the All-China Women’s Federation, the E-commerce Teaching and Research Section of the School of Business and Trade at our university was awarded the title of “National Women’s Civilization Post” for 2025.
This collective has consistently adhered to the principle of fostering virtue and nurturing talent as its fundamental mission, achieving remarkable results. In terms of teaching reform and professional development, it has successfully established the E-commerce major as a national backbone major and a provincial characteristic backbone major, and has been approved as a provincial outstanding teaching team and a teacher teaching innovation team. In guiding student competitions, it has achieved outstanding results, winning the first prize in the E-commerce event of the National Vocational College Skills Competition, marking a “zero breakthrough” for Guizhou Province in this event. In recent years, it has won a total of 34 national awards. In terms of industry-education integration and social services, it has actively responded to regional development, continuously hosting the provincial “Vibrant Rural Areas · E-commerce for Agricultural Development” Cup Live-streaming E-commerce Competition. It has fully leveraged its professional advantages, conducting various types of training for over 23,000 people. In 2024, it went deep into Gangbian Township, Congjiang County, using e-commerce skills to help villagers sell over 70,000 pounds of passion fruit, generating a planting income of over 800,000 yuan. The related deeds were reported by mainstream media, effectively promoting rural revitalization through practical actions.
